Baloubet de Rouet is Individual Olympic Gold Medallist 2004, Triple Consecutive World Cup Champion and winner of many International Grand Prix's.

To add to this magnificent record, Baloubet became French Champion at the age of 7, won team bronze medal at the 2001 Sydney Olympics and many Grand Prix and Nations Cups.

His top class pedigree corroborates his sporting success. Baloubet's sire Galoubet is by the exceptional producer Almé. Galoubet was a renowned French show jumper who won the 5 year old Championship in France 1977, French Championship in 1979, team World Championships in Dublin in 1982 and finished either 1st or 2nd in 19 Grand Prix Championships. He has gone on to be a highly influential sire of sport horses with over 30 competing at international level. He is the sire of such as famous stallions as Touchdown, Quick Star, Skippy II and Caloubet du Rouet

Baloubet's dam sire, Starter, stood at the French National Stud and sired 14 approved stallion sons and is a noted sire of broodmares. His dam Messange du Rouet, won 8 times when jumped as a 4 year old, and 5 times as a 5 year old. She went on to become a well-known broodmare at the Du Rouet Stud, producing horses such as Unadore du Rouet and the internationally successful mare Linadore du Rouet.

Baloubet du Rouet's first offspring are already competing successfully at international level. He produces big, strong, athletic stock who inherit their sire's great jumping ability, together with his unique, bold outlook. He is great demand worldwide with breeders and his offspring are achieving substantial prices at sales.
