The Hannovarian stallion Wallenberg unites the
best showjumping blood in the world with Stakkato
and Libero H. At five years of age Stakkato won
the final of the ‘Bundeschampionat’
in a specatacular manner and was rewarded with
the highest score ever given of 9.9. Currently
Stakkato is busy with his international career
ridden by Eva Bitter. Libero H belongs to one
of the most successful sport-breeding stallions
in the history of showjumping breeding. In 1994
Libero H ridden by Jos Lansink won the World Cup
final in Den Bosch in a phenomenal manner. After
this Libero H has sired a sequence of international
showjumpers out of a relatively small amount of
coverings, among them Maike, Liberty, Libertina,
No Mercy, Libera and Luc. The damline of Wallenberg
also carries the blood of the stallions Calypso
II and Furioso II combined with a large quantity
of Anglo-Arab blood. Grandam Bijou II also produced
the stallion Pucci (by Pilot) who we know as the
sire of the successful international jumping stallion
Priamus Z who won the European Young Riders title
with Vincent Voorn.
The dam-line of Wallenberg has produced, amongst
others, the following national and international
showjumpers: Vaskado by Voltaire (half-brother
of Asulina), who jumped at S level (1.50 m.) in
Germany, Rhytmus (by Raphael) who is successful
at International Grand Prix level ridden by Heinrich-Hermann
Engemann and the Oldenburg approved stallion Christobal.
Also from this dam-line are the National Z jumping
horses Pucci (by Pilot), Bravissima (by Calypso),
Inschello (by Furioso II) and Lines (by Landadel).
The performance test jury awarded him the following
report: “The stallion jumps with good reflexes
and has a very good technique. Wallenberg seems
careful and shows a tremendous amount of scope.
Wallenberg has a lot of natural ability as a showjumper
and gives his rider a good feeling.”
This horse is a complete athlete with
excellent suppleness and power in the jump, he
would be an exciting horse for professional jumpers
wanting to increase the power, sharpness, speed
and scope of their mares.
